What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts payable and employee credit card transactions.
- Review and post daily sales, cash receipts, and donations.
- Reconcile bank accounts and homeowner mortgage payments.
- Assist with audits, tax prep, and month-end closings.
- Support the finance team and CFO with special projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit/public accounting a plus)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and independence
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
