What You’ll Do:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and support audits and tax filings.
- Manage grant budgets and reporting (United Way, CDBG, CDFI, NMTC).
- Reconcile mortgage accounts and construction costs for Habitat homes.
- Assist with budgeting, payroll, and benefits reconciliations.
- Support the CFO and may supervise accounting staff or volunteers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit or public accounting a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills
- CPA license or pursuit preferred
