Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer contracts are fully documented and completed to exceed expectations.
• Utilize Feldco’s advanced CRM to manage contracts, appointments, and customer satisfaction programs, maximizing productivity and inventory.
• Drive operational efficiency through technology and innovative practices.
• Foster a safe, positive work environment with a focus on employee development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee staffing, tools, and materials to meet daily operational needs.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics aligned with customer and company goals.
• Lead daily and weekly workload planning to ensure resources meet demand.

Position Requirements & Qualifications:
• Industry Expertise: Experience in home improvement, particularly in window, siding, or door replacement.
• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of management experience with a track record of team success.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
