W.E. Davies and Sons Remodeling Inc is located in Madison WI. We are a growing company and looking to add onto the team. We are searching for a full time Assistant Project Manager.
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in organizing and managing residential remodeling projects from the contract phase through project completion. This role plays a key part in helping the Production team deliver high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious remodels—ensuring that all team members, subcontractors, and homeowners are well-coordinated and informed throughout the process.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive team player with a passion for residential construction and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years or more of residential experience.
Understand building codes
Industry knowledge
Managing people and projects
