and Wisconsin Small Business Development Center at UW-Madison.

Business plans aren't just for startups. Planning is the key to creating a sustainable and growing business. An established business may use a business plan to obtain financing, acquire a business, develop a new product, or entice key partners or employees to join the company. This workshop will explore planning in an existing business and introduce you to various tools that will create the roadmap to guide the growth and success of your business.


Who Should Attend
Anyone that is leading a business without a current business plan, future leaders that have not been part of the planning process yet and would like to learn more about how planning will help them and the business move forward. Individuals that would like a better understanding of the planning process and various planning tools that will be discussed in this workshop.
