NARI Community Service Project Join us for a day of giving back!
Date: Saturday, July 22, 2023
Time: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (approximately)
Location: Evansville Manor, 470 Garfield Ave, Evansville
*Please Park on the street in front of the Manor
Join us to help out this assisted living facility by sprucing up the landscape and exterior. Please share with your staff and family. No kids under 12 please. Water and lunch will be provided by NARI. If you have any materials to donate, please see list below and let us know. Please bring your own gloves and tools as well.
Material list Needed:
• 5-10 yards of hardwood mulch
• 2 tons of river gravel
• 1 gallon of brown paint (Formecology will grab a color chip & can get the paint if someone wants to pay $50 to cover cost)
• Paint brushes/supplies
• 1 bench – The wooden bench they have is toast
• 2 bags of polysand sand
• 9-12 perennials for planting around sign
• Birdfeeders
• Birdseed
• Asphalt cold patch – 15-20 bags if someone could donate and bring these in a pickup truck
• Shade canopy for their existing four-sided outdoor pergola
