JOB TITLE:  Reconstruction Project Manager
SUMMARY:  The Reconstruction Project Manager oversees the documentation, process improvements, and stakeholder relationships though the personal property claims process to restore property to pre-loss conditions. This person works closely with the homeowner, insurance carries, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is done at the highest level. Personability and honesty are a must as many homeowners have experienced significant loss due to disaster and may be in a vulnerable state. They must also be organized and effective communicators in order to deliver on our Brand Promise and maintain exceptional quality customer service.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Ability to lead and develop team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.
Role on the Team (Job Functions):
  • Inspect properties and draft job proposals and accurate scopes of work in a timely manner
  • Negotiate and execute contracts, change orders, work orders, subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Assume responsibility for profitability and the maintenance of job budgets
  • Set standards for high quality workmanship and assist in worker development and performance
  • Manage job schedules and oversee in-house labor
  • Properly document project files using multiple software applications and platforms
  • Respond to property damage emergencies as part of “on call” rotation
  • Effectively communicate with clients, customers and subcontractors
  • Cultivate personal, long lasting client relationships
  • Conduct yourself with uncompromising integrity and ethical standards
