The Senior Lead Carpenter position works independently or with a team managing the project schedule, and interfacing with trade partners and support carpenters to meet timeframes. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, training and growth opportunities.

  • 10+ years of residential remodeling experience
  • 2+ years experience as a Lead Carpenter
  • Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, analyze and actualize field blueprints or engineering drawings and communicate these same plans to others, including detailed step-by-step building instructions
  • Able to manage, coordinate and schedule work to be performed while meeting daily tasks and activities.
  • Quick thinker, able to examine an unexpected situation, and consult with the Project Manager to quickly resolve project or client issues.
  • Able to estimate time, materials, and trade partners needed for small projects as well as track time, materials and trade partners on billable jobs.
  • Have experience with troubleshooting repair requests, discerning warranty work and billable time.
All field team members must have:
  • a current and valid driver’s license.
  • a dependable truck or van for work-related transportation.
  • a willingness to comply with ABA’s and OSHA’s safety regulations.
  • standard set of tools to perform required work.
  • passion about your trade and love a challenge.
  • a hardworking, ethical and responsible individual.
  • respect and professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.
  • high ethical and performance standards.
  • ability to use a tablet and project management software such as Buildertrend.
  • Desire to work in a team-based environment.
