We are looking for an exceptional salesperson to join our dynamic team so we can help many more families and homeowners experience their ideal homes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to incoming leads within 24 hours by contacting the lead directly 
  • Prospecting via a minimum of 5 lead generation strategies that we will co create
  • Guiding leads through the Beckman Sales process – including prospect and client meetings, creating estimates, sending estimates within correct time frames, and following up with clients through the signing process
  • Measuring your results according to the Beckman Lead Management System
  • Improving best practices and suggesting innovations to accelerate our results and impact
  • Training, developing and mentoring other members of the sales team

Requirements: • Live in the Dane County area. • Command of the English language – written and verbal • Strong phone and personal presence • Comfortable with office technology, CRM and smart phones • Ability and willingness to meet your time and performance commitments
Strongly preferred but not required:
  • Prior experience with BuilderTrend
  • Strong, active, local network in our target market
  • Knowledge and mastery of various sales systems – SPIN, Integrity, Action, Sandler, etc.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and a background selling remodeling
