Residential Window and Door Sales Consultant
Thebco Windows, Doors and Siding has been an industry leader in the Madison area for residential window replacement for more than 40 years. We are seeking a talented sales consultant to represent the quality and customer service of our company. Must be able to build trust and rapport with our customers quickly and have independent drive and motivation for top results.

We offer several weeks of training to ensure you are successful in this role and comfortable with our products and services. Our culture is built on the support of many people in our organization and that includes everyone knowing our processes and our products. Our sales team works together to continually improve our company and the experiences of our customers.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous outside sales experience.
- A proven track record of closing sales.
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and results orientation.
- Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license.

Required experience:
- Commission-based In-Home Sales: 2+ years preferred

Required education:
- High school or equivalent

Required license or certification:
- Driver's License

Compensation: $80,000+
