Office Administrator
HR duties, Payroll assistant, A/P assistant, A/R assistant
We are a pool store that sells and installs inground and above ground pools, spas, decks, outdoor kitchens, anything you need in your backyard. We also have a full retail store.
This position wears many hats. Once finished with set duties, everyone helps each other in the office/store. We are a small company, that grows yearly.
We currently use Quickbooks Enterprise and integrated scheduler and POS system to help control inventory and employee hours, and sales among other things.
As we implement new programs within our growing business we need our candidate to be motivated, organized, and have good problem solving skills.

Working environment: You will be working in the office/retail store.
Job Type: Full-time  Retail Store hours are 8-6 M-F  Saturdays 9-2
Must be able to work Saturdays with 1 day off during the week (this may vary)
